Elluminate support is free for us including students, parents, and teachers.
Forgotten Passwords:
Try this FIRST. Then contact your ES Teacher for help. They will contact the Moodle admin if necessary.
1. Click the button "Yes, help me log in" below the login button.
2. Type your username or try all email addresses you may have used. If you never edited your email to a working email, then ask your ES Teacher for help. ES's: your emails go to your cwcs email unless you changed it.
2. Check your email & click their verification link. (up to 5 min processing delay)
3. After it takes you to Moodle, go back and check your email again. Your email will have a new password. Once you log in, you should change it & write it down.
Login basics:
If you are locked out from too many attempts then close all browser windows and restart your browser.
Students and Parents looking for training dates can find them once logged in by enrolling in the course, Moodle Training for Students ahd Parents.
Remember, your username and password have been created for you.
In the past your username included your name but starting in JULY 2011 your username will be your student number.
Students enter:
Username: Your CWCS Student ID (your ES can get this for you)
Example: 47123
Password: DOB - please change it to a password you will remember!
Example: 3232001 (meaning March 23rd, 2001 with no slashes)
Parent accounts are an extra feature you can use if you wish. One parent account is created for each child. (if you have 3 children, then you will have 3 different parent accounts.) The usernames are EXACTLY the same as the student's username (CWCS id) but have a par in front. (it’s not case sensitive so par or PAR will both work in front).
Example:
Example Username: par47123
Example password: 3232001 (meaning March 23rd, 2001 with no slashes)
Remember, We encourage you and your child to change your passwords to something more secure that you can remember. Any new passwords that you create are case sensitive.
